JEFF PORTER is the founder and president of Porter Pictures. Jeff has participated in the distribution and/or financing for over fifty plus films, as well as  managing a team of acquisitions executives and overseeing the logistics of several theatrical releases. Porter Pictures releases include  "Santa Girl", released on Netflix and NBCUniversal's Peacock Network, "Cut to the Chase" available on Vudu/FandangoNow, "On the Wings of Eagles" starring Emmy nominee and SAG award winner Joseph Fiennes (Hulu's "The Handmaid's Tale"), "Nun"(available on Fox's Tubi Network).

KEN DUBOW is a film sales agent with over 35 years of distribution experience, and is president of the boutique sales agency Access Entertainment. His experience includes serving as Executive Vice President, General Manager of Lightning Entertainment/Mainline Releasing, PorchLight Entertainment as President, Worldwide Distribution and helped the company forge a new identity in the theatrical distribution world with acquisitions from the Toronto, Sundance, Berlin and Tribeca film festivals. Prior to PorchLight DuBow was at First Look Studios initially as Executive Vice President of Worldwide Sales and then as its President of Television.

DuBow was President and CEO of Modern Entertainment, where he successfully sold the company's 324 title library to LionsGate Entertainment which included such iconic titles like Dirty Dancing and the Halloween films that DuBow had acquired for the company. He has also held executive positions with MGM/UA in syndication and as Head of their US Cable Sales unit, the Walt Disney Company in syndication, and Pandora Films in international film sales.

She develops theatrical release strategies for Momentum Films, a subsidiary of Entertainment One, based in Beverly Hills(15-20 theatrical bookings per year).

JEFF CLANAGAN is currently holds roles as CEO of Laugh Out Loud, the entertainment company from comedian Kevin Hart, and CEO of Codeblack Films and Codeblack Digital, a film production and distribution company dedicated to super-serving the black community worldwide.

 

At LOL, Clanagan oversees multi-platform distribution deals with digital partners like  NBCUniversal’s Peacock, PlutoTV, Roku Channel, Bell Media, Snap, YouTube, Facebook, and more.

 

In his role with Codeblack Films, Clanagan and his team have acquired and developed films for distribution such as the Golden Globe® nominated indie drama Frankie and Alice starring Oscar winner Halle Berry and The Inevitable Defeat of Mister & Pete(Sundance Film Festival) starring Jennifer Hudson and Anthony Mackie.

 

Clanagan broke new ground in theatrical marketing with his digital-first approach to the successful release of films like The Perfect Match and the Tupac Shakur biopic All Eyez On Me, which generated $27 million in its first week. 

 

In 2013, Clanagan partnered with Hart to produce and release his concert movie, Kevin Hart: Let Me Explain, which went on to gross $32 million at the box office and  was also the producer of Hart’s stand-up comedy tour, What Now? which is the best-selling comedy tour of all time, grossing over $100 million with 1.3 million tickets sold. 

 

Codeblack Films has entered into agreements with various studios throughout its history, including 20th Century Fox and a multi-picture deal with Fox Faith to produce six original films targeting the African-American faith-based market, and in 2012 partnered with Lionsgate for distribution and formed Codeblack Films under Lionsgate.

 

Clanagan has released over 300 movie titles, which have grossed over $350 million dollars in revenue.
