Paradise Deranged

"Paradise Deranged" is about how Gentrification has disrupted our lives and our quality of life. The film uses Greenwich Village as a symbol of change and loss. Once the Village was a supportive community of artists and now it is millionaires row. Once it was filled with small-scale houses, second hand bookstores, and antiques. But now it has large-scale condominiums, hotels, porno shops, and boutiques. Has Gentrification made our communities lose it's Soul?
